I arrived in the Balearics a year ago from Barcelona. Despite the homesickness and insecurity, which to a certain extent is natural when you leave what you know for something you don't know, the warm welcome from the Confialia team has helped me to feel at home, and this is the first aspect I would like to highlight.
The new and unknown is not always so welcome in established firms. Sometimes youth has the edge over "consolidated experience", but in Confialia, neither one nor the other is in your favour if you don't know how to take advantage of the other and the one.
However, the best thing is that the above was only a first sign that Confialia is a receptive and modern company in which it is possible to generate synergies; a company in which you can contribute your enthusiasm and hard work while taking advantage of its experience and legal, fiscal, accounting and labour knowledge; a company that makes its recipe or know-howavailable to anyone who wants to take advantage of it.
The philosophy that governs Confialia, manages to take advantage of the impulse and innovation that young people can bring, and makes our proposals can be taken into account, to the point of being reflected as an added value to customer service. I am firmly convinced that Confialia is clear that the excellent professional service it offers to the outside world is thanks to its management and the talent of its team.
Therefore, my collaboration with this entity, which is a reflection of this philosophy, is based on contributing my grain of sand to keep us in the legal and juridical vanguard; on being a new assembly that contributes to maintain the good internal environment, and with it, its reflection in the service given to the client; on aligning our interests and growing together.
With my incorporation, we intend to take on new projects and challenges, and to do so with the passion that characterises us, knowing that the objective is the achievement of results and customer satisfaction as the leitmotiv in our day-to-day work. But to get to the right place we have to add commitment, dedication and hard work. Confialia is a long-distance train that does not stop and you have to get on it at full speed.
I am joining a department, the legal department, which is semi-outsourced and which we intend to make grow and complement thanks to the explosive combination of professionals of recognised prestige and those who offer youth, but who are convinced that we have a lot to say in this ever-changing world that proposes new challenges, with almost no time to assimilate yesterday's challenges.
In Confialia's legal department, we are generating strategies for progress based on hard work and dedication and whose first and last aim is the complete satisfaction of our clients' legal and juridical needs.
