Many colleagues who manage professional practices ask me, why do you think the Confialia model is a good management model? My answer is simple, because it allows me to go home every day convinced that everything will be under control.

The Confialia model is the result of years of experience materialised in our own software that allows all the components of the human team to have the same information at their disposal, that standardises all the processes independently of the person who executes them and registers in time all the actions that are carried out daily in a professional office. It relates this recorded time to the salary cost of the person or persons in the team who have been involved in these actions and finally enables the professional to decide consciously and with sufficient information what part of this time he/she charges to his/her clients and what part he/she does not.

It is an adaptable management system for professional offices that avoids unnecessary constraints. It is our own and therefore we do not depend on third parties to incorporate improvements and it can be integrated with the majority of accounting and tax management software on the market.

Its philosophy focuses on working by processes, tasks and actions and ensures an appropriate distribution of work. However, a software is nothing if this work culture is not assumed and incorporated into the day-to-day work of the entire team. 

Our working system focuses on both the technology and the people who are going to use it. That has been and is perhaps the most important challenge: to get the staff to embrace that system of work. 

Not everything is controlled, but everything can be controlled. Not everything is parameterised in processes, tasks and actions, but everything can be parameterised. Only the right combination of technology and working methods make the Confialia model and excellence in the management of professional offices possible.

The Confialia model is not static or watertight. It is a model in continuous evolution and adaptation. We are in one of those moments.
