If you are a business consulting professional, don't hesitate! This article is of interest to you.

Getting to know us can open up a world that will put the future of your firm in your hands. Together we are stronger

How many times have I heard business consulting professionals say that they don't want more clients, that what they should do is get rid of those who are not profitable and then they would surely make a better living.

What they really mean is that they would like to be able to offer more added value to their service. We all want to increase turnover without having to incorporate more workload or costs proportionate to that increase in turnover. The goal is to be able to bill more with the same or less expenses and in a segment where professional competencies are more valued.

This seems like a utopia, but it is really the future of professional firms. But make no mistake, it is not an option. It is a must for those who want to stay in the market for at least another decade.

The different European public administrations and some state and autonomic administrations are already marking this path with the automation of many procedures for which until now the figure of the professional office, let's call it agency or consultancy, was essential.

In Italy, for example, electronic invoicing is mandatory, and not only for those who work with the administration, as it is in Spain. Also in that country, there are no longer any cash registers of any activity that are not, obligatorily, connected to their tax agency. This means that all transactions are recorded daily in their databases. Something similar to what is already happening in the Basque Country. Think that even if you close your business for vacation, you have to communicate it previously to the administration. If you do not do so, the administration can attribute the resulting average income to the activity.

It is only a matter of time, a short time, before the Spanish administration starts down this road. The future of self-assessments is brief. It will not be long before they cease to be just that, self-assessments, and become settlement proposals issued by our esteemed AEAT.

Are law firms and their professionals ready to give more added value to their services?Confialia is!

We have created a model based on technology. We automate and standardize all processes whose added value tends to disappear. We dedicate the time left over to devising new control and advisory services that the customer values very positively. The result is that together we are stronger.

This allows us to be in optimal conditions for growth in customer volume and, what is more difficult but possible, in the profitability generated by each customer.

We are making a project that began 25 years ago a reality. We have started a phase of sharing with other professionals and firms. An essential stage if we really want what was a local experience to become a new way of understanding the organization and management of professional firms at a national and/or international level.

We cannot, nor do we want to, do it alone. We want to share and we know that this is the only way. We know that together we are stronger. We have devised a system that allows us to join a group that shares work systems, economies of scale, initiatives, company policies and investment in technological development, without having to give up the identity of those who decide to participate.

Contact us and we will show you what we have achieved and what we intend to achieve by partnering with people and/or organizations like yours.
