Companies have an annual credit to finance programmed training, the amount of which is the result of applying the percentage established annually by the General State Budget Law, depending on the size of the company, to the amount paid in the previous year as vocational training fee.
Since 2018, the possibility is established that companies with less than 50 workers can accumulate the training credit not available in the current fiscal year, with that of the following fiscal year or the following two fiscal years, with the aim of being able to develop training actions of longer duration or in which more workers can participate.
To do so, they must communicate their desire to accumulate their training credit to FUNDAE through the application established for this purpose (https://empresas.fundae.es/Lanzadera) during the first half of the current fiscal year. In case of not communicating the accumulation, the amounts of the undrawn credit will be considered rejected.
The deadline for communicating the accumulation of the training credit corresponding to 2018 is June 30.
