At confialia we care about our clients and we do everything we can so that they can focus on what they should be focusing on: their business and their free time.
That is why, with the entry into force of Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, we have decided to add this new service of reception and management of notifications with Public Administrations.
The Law extends those obliged to relate with the Public Administrations telematically, specifically:

  • Legal persons and Entities without legal personality whose VAT numbers begin with A, B, N, W, U, V.
  • Professionals with compulsory membership for the procedures they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of this professional activity, such as lawyers, dentists and architects, among others.

This means that all these taxpayers will be obliged to receive notifications from all public administrations electronically.
The administrations affected are:

  • The General State Administration
    • The Tax Agency (AEAT)
    • The General Treasury of the Social Security (TGSS)
    • The Directorate General for Traffic (DGT)
    • The Ministry of Justice
  • The Administrations of the Autonomous Communities
  • Local Government Entities
  • The Institutional Public Sector
  • And more and more municipalities and Autonomous Communities

At confialia we are aware that in a more or less short period of time, this obligation could also become effective for all Individuals with some type of Economic Activity, so we want to anticipate this situation and we want to inform you of the launch of this service of access to these notifications that the different Public Administrations will enable in their corresponding virtual mailbox, which although not mandatory, can also be enabled on a voluntary basis.
With this service you will not miss any notifications sent to you, such as deferment resolutions, seizure proceedings, traffic fines, etc., which will save you in unnecessary fines, interest and penalties due to not receiving paper notifications, which we all know are sent, but do not always arrive.
In order to access notifications in electronic format , you must have an electronic certificate. If you do not yet have one, at confialia we can help you obtain one.
If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact us.
